ECHOGLASS

Phone Number: 210-665-8821

My first exposure to the beauty of stained glass was when I attended Ursuline Academy and the Little Flower Basilica. (I was more fascinated with the stained windows than what was going on). I took classes to learn the art and enjoyed creating pieces for my family and friends. I took a pause for marriage and children, and then revived my passion six years ago. I create my own designs and my own patterns. I try to make pieces affordable by limiting the size of panels and using small but colorful glass pieces that I find in the “scrap” bins at stained glass stores or broken pieces found at estate sales. I hand pick every piece for their blended and vibrant colors, texture, and movement in the glass. Sometimes, a singular piece of glass will inspire the finished product. I prefer the organic look of curves and circular cuts over straight lines because it creates a sense of movement. I experiment by including other glass materials in the panels. All are welcome to visit my studio
